Turducken Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°F.

  • Coat the bottom of the pan with a thin coat of olive oil, place the breast into the pan and brush the turkey breast with olive oil.

  • Place in preheated oven and begin to roast.

  • Baste at every 1/2 hour with either room temperature water or white wine. 

  • Roast for a total of 3.5 to 4.5 hours. 

  • The internal temperature must reach 165°F.

  • Remove breast from pan at this time and de-glaze the pan with 8 ounces of chicken or turkey stock.  This will be a clear gravy, if preferred,  it can be thickened.
