Turducken Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F.

Coat the bottom of the pan with a thin coat of olive oil, place the breast into the pan and brush the turkey breast with olive oil.

Place in preheated oven and begin to roast.

Baste at every 1/2 hour with either room temperature water or white wine.

Roast for a total of 3.5 to 4.5 hours.

The internal temperature must reach 165°F.

Remove breast from pan at this time and de-glaze the pan with 8 ounces of chicken or turkey stock. This will be a clear gravy, if preferred, it can be thickened.
