Stuffed Pork Chops (2 Ways)
Technique 1: Pre-heat your oven to 350* F.
Take your pork chops, pat dry and lightly season (stuffing contains seasoning so you do not want to go to heavy).
Brown both sides of chop in greased cast iron then transfer to the oven.
Cook the pork chops until they reach internal of 155°F.
Technique 2: Pre-heat your oven to 350* F.
Lightly grease a cookie sheet to prevent sticking.
Take your pork chops, pat dry and brush each side lightly with oila and very lightly season (stuffing contains seasoning so you do not want to go to heavy).
Cook the pork chops for 50 minutes to 1 hour in a 350* oven. Flip them over about halfway into cooking time
