Smoked Ham

(SEMI-BONED OR BONELESS)

 

Preheat oven  to 275°-300°F.


Pour a ½ cup of juice (pineapple or orange) into your roasting pan.


Put ham into pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Poke a hole in each corner of the foil.


Place into the oven.

Cooking Times

Half Ham
Approximately 6-8 lbs. Heat for 3 hours.
Whole Ham

Approximately 12-14 lbs. Heat for 4 hours.

Internal temperature of ham should reach 140°F.

 

REMINDER!! When cooking half of a ham, be sure to remove the plastic bone cover first!!
