Corned Beef Cooking Instructions:

FOR RAW CUTS OF CORNED BEEF:

Leave your Corned Beef in the bag provided. 

Put a large pot of cold water on the stove. 

Place corned beef (in the bag) in the COLD water. 

Bring water to a boil. 

Immediately turn temperature down to a simmer. 

Start the timer

Cook your corned beef for at least 3 hours. 

For thicker cuts, cook
3 ½ hours or until fork tender.

FOR PREPARED MEAL IN A BAG WITH CARROTS, POTATOES & CABBAGE:

Place bag in simmering water for 15-20 minutes; cut open and serve.
