We manufacturer many of our own Wursts, Cold Cuts, Hams and Other Specialties.  With 2 Smokehouses in constant production you can often drive by and literally smell the bacon in the air.  Many of the recipes we use we crafted in Germany and brought to the United States many years ago.  While we continue to innovate with new products we hold tight to the techniques and recipes of our past as well.
