(This ham is sliced and tied; it may also be glazed and garnished with pineapples and cherries)
Preheat oven to 275°F.
Place ½ cup of juice (pineapple or orange) into your pan.
Remove toothpicks (with frills) from ham. If you would like to keep toothpicks in while roasting, remove the frill from the end of each toothpick.
Cover roasting pan tightly with aluminum foil. Poke holes into each corner of the foil.
Place ham into oven.
For a Ham weighing 3 to 5 lbs. – Heat for approximately 1.5 hours
For a ham weighing approximately 6-8 lbs – heat for approximately 2.5 hours.
